What do you get?

  1. A digital version of your personal schematic.
  2. Your own verified and production ready Gerber files so you can order your PCB anywhere you want in any quantity. 
  3. If you want SMD, I can deliver it with all production files needed (CPL/BoM) for automated fabrication at you manufacturer.

How does it work?

The way I operate is that I start by redrawing the schematic and after you approve it, I will make a rough layout sketch of the PCB. Up to this point you will not need to pay anything. If it is to your liking, I will request the payment and create the PCB design and keep close contact with you to check if it is still to your liking and if there are any new remarks or feature requests. I will not charge anything extra for small changes!

PCB Layout only

PCB Layout design, Gerber files, basic BoM and custom drawn schematic:

  • up to 5cm x 5cm PCB design €65,00
  • up to 10cm x 10cm PCB design €85,00
  • Extra large, odd shapes, custom milling etc., please contact me
  • BoM and CPL for SMT assembly €25,00
  • Custom Tayda Drill template €10,00

 

I can do Through Hole (THT) and Surface Mounted (SMD) or Hybrid designs.

Base schematics must be supplied by you, but I am always willing to help!

Production

  • For €5 extra I will make a panel to fit the maximum amount of your PCB design on 10cm x 10cm panel.
    Please note this is for 1 design! If you have multiple designs you will need multiple panels. 
    You will receive the panel as Gerber files ready for you to place an order at your favorite PCB supplier.
  • I also offer the option that the board gets produced, sent to me and if applicable I will separate the different boards (only if they require straight cuts to separate). I can then build the PCB, test it for you and send you the tested PCB + rest of the boards.
    The costs of PCB production and parts depend on the design and supplier, but I will not add a premium!
    I only ask shipping costs to your home and €25 extra for my time to handle the production. The fee for building a test PCB depends on the size and parts count.
