Component Reference

Once I became a fanatic pedal builder and designer, I noticed I was googling a lot of standard reference data. Things like how to read the values on small capacitors or color coding on resistors, etc.

Internet is a beautiful thing when it comes to that, but even better is the fact that especially the manufacturer Texas Instruments is willing to share a lot of this data in standard reference books.... and they are free!

I would recommend everybody to take a look at the attached reference guide because it will help you a lot in your builders journey. I would also recommend everybody to open a free account at TI (myTI) to be able to download a massive amount of free guides and best practices. PS. I am not being paid/endorsed by TI... sadly :)
